We are Kingsmen Property Development, a Midlands based developer with our in house land and acquisition team delivering housing projects in the heart of England for new build housing strategy for local needs, and also a passion for unicorn projects – farm buildings, listed properties or unloved buildings by bringing them back to use as residential or mixed use schemes.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Having 30 years of build experience both operationally and commercially, in the regeneration of buildings in commercial projects and residential housing stock for private developers, social landlords, local authority, and other clients.

A passion for identifying the importance of lean systems and process coupled with time and cost efficiencies are a focus and empowering the full build team from design to construct to completion, and rewarding these effort and results.
The belief is to share individual knowledge to a pooled project, which will manifest in the right result.

ANDREW
Andrew Carter heads up the Kingsmen Property Development team with a proven background in the construction industry over a thirty year career history starting from a trade background quickly moving into quantity surveying, contract management and then management of business units for national contractor Ian Williams and then latterly Operational Manager for Thomas Vale Construction, now part of the Bouygues Construction Group reporting directly to board level of the Housing Regeneration Division within a group t/o of £230+ million for many local authorities, social landlords and several large housing corporations.
HARVEY
Harvey Carter oversees every aspect of Land & Acquisition, from identifying promising sites, conducting thorough appraisals to negotiating with vendors or agents to secure projects. He manages all our ventures and collaborates with other developers and local authorities who share our vision. Harvey’s true passion lies in historic buildings rich with character and converting unused barns into unique spaces.

OUR FOCUS
Our focus is that of keeping the end in mind – the home owner.
We deliver on this through creating homes in considered area for the developments, for individuals and families alike that fit a lifestyle for now, built with the future in mind, in suitable locations that reflect these needs and welcome the owner in to their new home.
We achieve this through two key build streams, firstly, through affordable housing on new build brownfield sites, and also by repurposing old buildings under the local plan, and secondly, semi-rural locations that include class Q and other considered developments for the local area and environment.
Our design and build principles are lead with functionality, lifestyle and finish whilst embracing future build technology and an environmental balance through sustainable, green innovations, so as to maintain the green space that we have, and with new requirements, actually enhance the green measures for all developments.
