Full rear and ground floor extensions to add living space for increase family and dining space plus an added annexe conversion for future generation’s living space all done through acquired planning knowledge under permitted development rights.
PHASE TWO
Front elevation first floor development to increase the structure to accommodate four bedrooms and ensuite to master bedroom, additional ground floor annex and ensuite, family storage facility and full redesign of roof construction, rendered façade, corten steel design features and oak entrance porch and landscaping to the frontage.
The result – a six bedroom multi-generational home for a bespoke project in phase delivery to allow the end user continued home life with as minimal disruption through a considered programme of works with the client.
