Our developments cover two key areas:
Our main development type is looking at brownfield land and existing buildings to create new homes that are needed in the area that fit within what is required in that area.

Secondly we also look at Class Q and similar developments in semi-rural locations that are more of a lifestyle living.
Our developments focus on functionality, lifestyle and finish whilst embracing future build technology and an environmental balance through sustainable, green innovations, so as to maintain the green space that we have, and with new requirements, actually enhance the green measures for all developments.
All developments are led by Andrew Carter, having 30 years of contracting build experience both operationally and commercially, in the regeneration of buildings in commercial projects and residential housing stock.
