Having gained planning in principle approval during the acquisition period for eight three bedroom family homes, we are now in the process of securing full planning permission for a fantastic development that will satisfy the housing need and local plan for local authority.

INVESTMENT OPTION

We are now awaiting approval for the scheme of two 2 bedroom bungalows and six 3 bedroom semi-detached family homes.

 

All homes having car parking, landscaped gardens and patio areas accessed from an open plan ground floor living space.

Our fallback position for this site is conservative and full planning has been submitted - completion was delayed due to covid and continued use by the ambulance service which has given us a fortuitous planning window.

The fallback position for the project is for 4 pairs of semi-detached units each being 93.5sm per unit – total GIA build area 748sm.  A gated development site and maximised design and layout will compliment this development.

We have secured this project and currently looking for investment. We have our initial drawings and are looking forward to start construction.
