That’s why we offer investors the flexibility to choose between individual site opportunities or a broader investment in our ongoing and future developments. Each investment opportunity is tailored to meet your specific needs and preferences, ensuring that our partnership aligns with your financial goals and provides mutual benefit.

We welcome investments starting from £25k, with options to fully fund individual projects. In return, we offer typically 1% interest per month on your investment, with profits payable monthly or rolled up for a specific project term (typically 12 months).
